Intro: The Bookish Travel Guide

Hi everyone!

Today’s post is an introduction to a new blog series I want to start: The Bookish Travel Guide.

The idea came to me when I was thinking about my personal travel goals. As a huge book nerd (does my blog make it obvious?), I love seeing unique libraries and bookstores from around the world. Each place has their own story to tell, and I love hearing about the history behind them.

Think of this as a book dragon’s informal travel to-do list. It will include a collection of destinations that are related to books. These can be libraries, bookstores, markets/festivals, or important settings from a favorite read.

Do you have a favorite library or bookstore? Is there a specific book festival you enjoy? I would love to hear your suggestions.

Until next time, happy reading! ♡

I actually am looking for a nice old school book store in NJ. I see so many awesome ones on Facebook and it set my goals to find one like that higher! Lol I actually am starting a bullet journal and I’m adding a “books read this year” portion so I am going to look through all your recommendations and read more!

I love finding bookstores with cozy environments, so this is going to be a fun project for me. 😊 Good luck with your reading this year! I hope you enjoy the books as much as I did.

This is an awesome idea. I do have a local bookstore I adore, it is a very small bookstore and it is nothing fancy but they have a great collection and a very cozy atmosphere, I love spending time there
