October 2020 Wrap-Up

I’m a little late on posting, but better late than never right?

October was full of Halloween and autumn vibes as I decorated the house with my mom and watched old (and new) Halloween favorites.

Here are some of the things I enjoyed:

Books

I’m so happy I was able to finish 2 books this month. White Fox by Sara Faring was thrilling and full of suspense, and Shine by Jessica Jung was a much needed binge read for me.

TV Shows and Movies

The Corpse Bride
Believe it or not, I never watched The Corpse Bride before this year. I absolutely fell in love with it, and it has easily become one of my favorite movies for the spooky season.

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous
I’m not sure how this animated series is labeled for young kids, but I loved it! At the end of every episode, I was always left wondering what would happen next. If you’ve seen the Jurassic World movie, you know this camp isn’t going to go as planned.

It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!
I got to revisit my childhood with this classic. Despite not watching this since I was a little girl, I somehow remembered more of the scenes than I thought I would. So cute!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
For years I’ve been wanting to start this series and now I’m finally getting the chance! I’m currently in the middle of season 2, so I have a long way to go before the finale.
